Responsibilities
- Research and identify key opinion leaders (KOL) within the relevant industry
- Design and execute strategies to engage with and build relationships with KOLs
- Collaborate with KOLs and maintain positive, strong relationships
- Develop and implement strategies to increase KOL engagement
- Manage influencer campaigns from start to finish to align with goals
- Play a role in new product launches ensuring media exposure
- Increase brand awareness and popularity in the body care industry
Requirements
- 1–2 years of experience in KOL/influencer management or similar role
- Extensive network with beauty influencers/KOLs
- Fluent in English (mandatory)
- Bachelor’s degree in Communications, Public Relations, or related field
- Ability to handle various types of talents in beauty industry
- Excellent communication, presentation, and problem-solving skills
- Creative with structured planning for online & offline campaigns
- Able to join immediately
- Willing to work from the office (WFO)
